The business management program is a four-semester higher education program that aims to train qualified intermediate staff, offering business opportunities to its students in the public sector, private sector, non-governmental organizations or entrepreneurship.

Local Administrations Program

About the Program
Local Administrations program carries out education and training activities in order to train intermediate and middle level managers for local government organizations such as Municipalities, Special Provincial Administrations and the relevant units of various central government institutions. The program, in order to meet the needs of trained and qualified workforce of local government organizations, which provide many local and regional services throughout the country and whose importance is increasing day by day; it aims to train staff who produce projects related to local governments and their services, are researchers, and have the ability to apply modern management techniques. In addition, this program; knowledge of the basic principles, strategies and techniques of contemporary local government science; it aims to train executive candidates equipped with analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills. The main objectives of the program are to train low and middle level manager candidates who have received training on politics, economy, law, public administration, urbanization and environmental problems, who will take part in various levels of local governments and the public sector, who have the theoretical knowledge required by the management approach, and who can put this knowledge into practice.

To train experts who will solve the problems of our society regarding local government thought and practice, by enabling students to reach their potential one by one within the ever-changing and developing learning framework and taking into account our social knowledge and values and developments in the world.
